We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MEP Draftsman to join our team. As an MEP Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings and specifications for building projects.
Responsibilities
Create detailed MEP drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
Review and edit drawings to ensure they comply with industry standards and building codes.
Update drawings as required during the design process to reflect changes in project scope or requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in MEP engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in MEP drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
