The Document Controller is responsible for managing the flow of documents within an organization, ensuring that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the appropriate parties. The role includes both administrative and technical tasks and requires a high level of attention to detail and organization.
Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating document management systems
Coordinating the review, approval, and distribution of documents
Collaborating with project teams to identify and resolve document-related issues
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with document management systems and software
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in project management and/or engineering is a plus.
